Just got mine and I can safety say it does incase your height! Thank you so much guys. Saw this on Tiktok and had to give it a go. I was always the "short one" so this helps a lot in adding extra inches to my stature. I wear mine outside my socks as I find it more comfortable. But it can definitely go underneath the socks as well. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Sorry for the terrible photo but i had to share my great experience. I was skeptical of these at first but wanted to try it anyway. I actually bought it as I was insecure about my height and they work perfect. I went from 5ft4 to 5ft6 which is a big deal for me. AND also i wanted to mention that not only did it increase my height but its actually helped my plantar fasciitis as well!!! so thanks guys

This was a life saver. I don't use them as height maximizers but actually for heel support. They definitely take a couple tries to get used to, but once it’s the same temperature as your foot, you barely notice it’s there. To wear them I recommend wearing one pair of socks, slipping these over those, and wearing another sock over that to make sure it doesn’t slip off. All in all, I will be recommending these to friends and family, and will be buying more in the future. :)

I actually have one leg a bit shorter than the other one and it causes me back pain .. so i bought this to wear on one foot and it has helped so much! I know its not maybe what they were intended for but it works a treat. Thanks guys

Basically impossible to tell they’re being worn with socks or shoes on. The silicone sleeve is very stretchy and comfortable against the skin. It seems to be very lightly dusted with something so as to prevent sticking and excessive grip. Also of note, because the material is soft and squidgy, your heel can slip from side to side if you’re stepping sideways, especially if you’re not wearing supportive shoes with ankle support. I would not recommend for use in any sort of athlete I situation. Overall, it DOES make you taller, but I see it best used for special occasions. 4/5 stars.

Not the most comfortable if you are wearing it to like a full day shift. But very comfortable for a few hours use. The silicone is soft and the booster effect actually works. I'm 5'5 and always been insecure about my height wearing this Im instantly 5'7 which is so amazing to me. Thanks for creating this anxiety reliver and confidence booster!

Embarassing to admit that I got one of these - so if youre feeling the same, its ok. I bought it as i saw it on tik tok and wasnt sure if it was gonna work. but tbh it has really boosted my self confidence. i dont wear it all day, but i wear it on dates or events. simple yet useful and practical
